Service and access
EMPRYN Nexus provides commerce workflows and tools to prepare social content. Access is currently restricted. TikTok features depend on platform authorization, available permissions and review approval; availability or successful publication is not guaranteed.
Your account and content
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted content and for obtaining the necessary intellectual property, music and personal-image permissions. You retain your rights in your content and authorize processing and transmission necessary to perform your requested actions.
Publication choices
Review the video, caption, privacy, interaction and disclosure settings before confirming a submission. Direct publication requires your explicit confirmation and the necessary TikTok permissions. Follow TikTok terms and content rules, including applicable branded-content and AI-content disclosures. Do not use EMPRYN Nexus for spam, unauthorized access or unlawful content.
Third-party services and termination
TikTok and other connected services operate under their own terms and may limit, reject or remove content or revoke access. EMPRYN may restrict application access for abuse or security reasons. You may stop using the application, revoke the TikTok connection and contact support for deletion requests.
Responsibility and applicable law
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EMPRYN does not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific commercial outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you.
