Information used by the application
When you authorize the TikTok connection, EMPRYN Nexus processes your TikTok account identifier, display name, avatar URL, granted permissions, access and refresh tokens and their expiry information. It also processes the videos, captions and publication settings you choose to submit, together with service responses needed to track or troubleshoot the submission. The integration uses TikTok OAuth authorization; you should enter your TikTok password only on TikTok.
Purposes and sharing
These data are used to connect your account, display the connected profile, maintain the authorized connection and carry out your requested content submission. Selected media and publication information are transmitted to TikTok to perform that request. EMPRYN infrastructure and hosting services process application data to provide the service. TikTok processes information under its own privacy policy. The application does not sell your personal information.
Storage and retention
The server integration stores connection credentials and user tokens encrypted at rest. Application data may be processed on the EMPRYN server and on the device running a local version. Connection data are retained while needed to maintain your connection; content and technical records are retained as needed to provide support, resolve failures and meet applicable obligations. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised by this policy.
Your choices and requests
You can revoke the application connection in your TikTok account settings. Revoking access does not by itself delete previously published TikTok content or every stored application record. Email hello@empryn.com to request access, correction or deletion of EMPRYN Nexus data and stored connection credentials, or for help disconnecting. Identify your connected account, but never email passwords or tokens. Requests are subject to identity verification and any applicable retention obligations.
